Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • Last Updated: October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClaimItAll (“ClaimItAll,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via claimitall.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

2. Non-Custodial Informational Platform & Legal Disclaimer

Important Notice:

ClaimItAll is an independent consumer claims intelligence and rights automation utility. ClaimItAll is not a law firm, does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, and is not an appointed settlement administrator.

We do not collect contingency fees or percentages from your claim disbursements. All class action claims and government incentives are filed directly by you on third-party, court-supervised, or state-run portals.

While ClaimItAll verifies official court settlement websites and direct opt-out portals, claim evaluations, final approvals, eligibility determinations, and disbursements are managed exclusively by designated class action claims administrators and judicial authorities. ClaimItAll makes no guarantee of settlement approval or payment amounts.

3. User Accounts & Inactive Session Protection

When you create an account, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information (such as your jurisdiction and verified contact email) to receive relevant settlement notifications. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

To protect your saved claim bookmarks and privacy on shared devices, ClaimItAll enforces an automatic session timeout after 60 minutes of inactivity. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time via your account settings.

4. Accuracy of Information & External Links

ClaimItAll strives to provide up-to-date claim deadlines, estimated payout amounts, and official filing portals. However, court proceedings, objection hearings, appeal timelines, and settlement terms are subject to change by judicial decree. Consumers are encouraged to verify current terms on the official settlement administrator websites linked on our platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClaimItAll LLC and its officers, creators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your inability to file a timely claim, claim rejections by court administrators, or reliance on information provided on the platform.

6. Affiliate Partnerships & FTC Disclosure

In compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines (16 CFR Part 255), ClaimItAll discloses that certain external links—such as clean energy contractor matching and quote request forms—are affiliate links. When users connect with licensed contractors or request quotes through these links, ClaimItAll may receive referral compensation from the partner at zero cost to the user. This commercial relationship does not influence our legal research, directory inclusion, or class action reporting.

7. Contact Information
